Lemon rice&lt;img src="/img/smilies/graybigrazz.gif" alt=":P" class="middle" border="0"&gt;ressure cook 2cups rice,heat 1tbs oil in a pan add 1tsp mustard seed,let it crackle then add bengal gram dhal,urad dhal,groundnuts[option]after it becomes light brown,add chopped 1 medium size onion[option]4t05 green chilles,little curryleaves,    halftsp turmeric powder, coriander leaves,2tbscoconut gratings mix with cooked rice.Squeeze 1lemon ,1tspsugar.
