    Lemon rice:Pressure cook 2cups rice,heat 1tbs oil in a pan add 1tsp mustard seed,let it crackle then add bengal gram dhal,urad dhal,groundnuts[option]after it becomes light brown,add chopped 1 medium size onion[option]4t05 green chilles,little curryleaves, halftsp turmeric powder, coriander leaves,2tbscoconut gratings mix with cooked rice.Squeeze 1lemon ,1tspsugar.
